01 — RESIDENTIAL, BEIRUT

3 Beirut Residence

A full residential fit-out in oak. Joinery runs the length of the apartment — a floor-to-ceiling shelving wall in the living room, fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, a slatted timber screen dividing the master suite — with black steel-framed glazing used to keep the plan open without losing the rooms.

02 — RESIDENTIAL, RABIEH

Rabieh Apartment

A classical interior, detailed rather than decorated. Panelled walls and cornices were drawn to suit the room heights, the marble floors were laid to a set-out that keeps the joints off the sightlines, and the joinery — the TV wall, the radiator covers, the powder-room vanity — was made to disappear into the panelling.

03 — RESIDENTIAL, MTAYLEB

Mtayleb Residence

A family house over several floors, held together by a single staircase in steel, timber and glass. Around it: a panelled entrance corridor, a bar built into the living room, a study lined in dark shelving, and a playroom detailed to the same standard as the rooms the guests see.

04 — OUTDOOR LIVING, ADMA

Adma Deck

An outdoor room rather than a terrace. Hardwood decking was laid over the full footprint and stepped up to the pool, tensioned shade sails carry the lighting, and planting is built into the perimeter seating so the edge of the deck reads as landscape rather than as a rail.

05 — PRIVATE THEATRE, LEBANON

Kheireddine Villa Stage

A performance space inside a private villa. The stage is faced in high-gloss dark timber and stepped in marble, the gold curtain runs on a concealed track behind a lighting bar, and the floor is a stone medallion set out from the centre of the room so the geometry reads from the back row.
